postpartum doula

A postpartum doula supports new parents during the physical and emotional transition into life with a newborn. The doula may provide services such as meal preparation, overnight sleep support, light house cleaning, baby care and education. More than anything, a postpartum doula makes the space for your recovery and learning as a new parent and helps creates the environment for healing and family bonding.

“My doula was such an amazing voice of reason. When I look back, it is almost like the littlest things seemed so hard for me to see clearly, but she helped me to set up all the great routines and habits that I still use today.”
